One of the rooms is a private Casita complete with a full kitchen, living area, and balcony, ideal for guests seeking extra privacy or flexibility.



Guest access
The sweeping views are courtesy of a short but steep hill to the entrance of the property. Parking is available at the top of the hill with easy access to the main living area. A second entry is available closer to the beach, near the garage. Golf Carts are recommended but not absolutely necessary.

Pets may be allowed. Must send a photo of the pet and $35 pet fee per stay.

Dona Del Mar is located in the sought after neighborhood of Costa Azul, one of the highest points in San Pancho. The homes are built Mediterranean style into the hillside making for fabulous views of the beach and the Pacific Ocean as far as your eyes can see. You can walk 200 yards down the hill from the house and be on the sand in less than 10 minutes.
