"BEWARE!!!!!! 3 hours before my check-in time, I contacted the host for check-in instructions (it's an apartment, not a hotel with reception). The person told me that the apartment wasn't available but said they will help me find accommodation and urged me to get refund from Expedia as the new place wanted cash. "Our family is touring the Dominican Republic and we stayed at this beautiful villa. Great location near the beaches. The pool was nice the water was warm. The rooms and clean and spacious. Great amenities including cable, air conditioners and fans. We loved our stay. Thanks Tammy and Mark!"

"Close to beach, very clean and new. Would recommend renting a car if you are planning on going into town. Mini-market, liquor store short walking distance. Perfect for a couple looking to relax. Stayed 8 days. 👍"

"Apartment located in a rundown neighborhood which is 1/2 hour walk from downtown. The building is not well lit and has a creepy feel. "

"This place has it all, from the beach breezes to secure parking. You won't want to leave. We loved this cute and spacious condo and the private dipping pool. Quiet location but close to downtown excitement and dining. Our host was terrific. Although the refrigerator died during our visit, it was replaced immediately. Great communication with our host. I will definitely return!"

"The unit is in the best location in Cabarete, directly on the beach and only steps away from the beach-front restaurants. The restaurant in the property has what is certainly the best view of Cabarete Bay and beach and is perfect for an excellent meal or coffee. The rental unit itself is spacious and has excellent furnishings. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped for daily living. There is plenty of closet space throughout. I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend this...
