"we have stay there for 3 night ,this place is inside espina village .walking distance to center of cebu.they fairly new in renting out there lower house.we have pleasant stay people were very helpful and nice. just ask if you needed anything they glad to help you out or direction .also they can call taxi or if you want tour they can guide you for rental close by. we are from california ,we will come stay here coz its family oriented. christmas soon thanks again"

"This place is in an area that is very tucked away. It suited us because of our family being close but for other people it is away from many things in Cebu. The room looks nice but a lot of the fitting are poor quality. The TV was there but did not work. The pillows, towels and bed linen are very limited.
