Condo 73-3 El Dorado Ranch

Condo 73-3 (Sea Gem) is a luxurious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom San Felipe Vacation Rental sitting right on the edge of the Sea of Cortez, just steps from the white sandy beaches and gently rolling waves.

With over 2,000 square feet of living space, a gourmet kitchen, and impressive living areas, this elegant and modern home has everything you need for the waterfront retreat you've been dreaming of. Located in El Dorado Ranch, it is minutes from local restaurants, shopping, El Malecon, fishing spots, and nightlife, with an onsite 18-hole golf course offering discounts.

The spacious living area features wraparound leather furniture, large windows, and a flat-screen TV with Netflix. Two Queen bedrooms share a bathroom with shower/tub combo and double sinks. The master suite upstairs has a King bed, French doors to a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, deep garden tub, and his-and-her sinks.

The gourmet kitchen has a center island breakfast bar, modern appliances, dishwasher, granite countertops, custom wood cabinets, and a coffee maker. The open-concept floor plan includes a second living area with a plush sofa, matching loveseat, and authentic Mexican fireplace.

A formal dining area with a circular table seating 6 leads to an impressive wraparound balcony with panoramic water and mountain views. One towel per guest is provided — please bring beach and pool towels. Maximum occupancy is 8 (sleeping for 6, airbed for 2 more).

Rental comes with 6 adult pool passes only. Pool passes are issued by the resort office which closes at 4:30PM — arrive after 4:30PM and you will not have pool access until the next day.

No BBQ at the condos — a designated BBQ area is a 10-minute walk away, or use the Pavilion restaurant's BBQ service.

A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival. Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
