"Excellent experience. Instructions from the owner were clear and accurate. Parking was available almost directly in front of the property. Nice large room, coffee maker, and very nice bathroom in bed. Would highly recommend."

"Nice place and owners are very helpful and friendly. Room was large and clean and the AC worked well. The owners are trying on there breakfast but it is self serve and we did not find much we liked. the meat and cheese is like processed lunch meat and did not look fresh. The bread was also processed and not fresh. Over all a very nice place."

"The apartment is small but charming. Very close to everything in Modena. We were out most of the time so it suited us. No kettle. About 40 steps up to apartment so maybe not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Great communication with the host"
