"Beautiful small hotel. We received a nice upgrade without asking for it. The apartments are very comfortable and has complete kitchens. They received us with a bottle of wine and some groceries. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there are some options nearby. I would only recommend staying here if you have a car. Good option to stay here and make day trips to different Tuscan towns."

Carine is a fabulous host with great suggestions on where to visit and things to do in the surrounding villages. This was our first trip but not our last."

The housekeeper, Daniella, took care of all our needs on site and got us the house olive oil and wine when we requested to buy them. "I rarely give a 5 star rating but this property is incredible. When it comes right down to it, people make all the difference. Emanuela was so friendly and accommodating. She was just so happy. She checked on us and helped us with our questions. Beyond that, the apartment is perfect. We so enjoyed our time on the terrace. The building is relatively quiet and we enjoyed watching all the animals living in the apt below us, especially Theo and all the turtles! Highly recommend and we will return....

"Overall we were very pleased with the villa. Owner communication & support are great, no issues at all. Kitchen is well-stocked, even so we were happy to have brought our own chef's knife.
