"The location of this hotel was great! Well equipped, modern apartments with good amenities. A lack of dining options and poor breakfast for the price paid is what the resort lacks. Wine tasting was also unavailable. I can anticipate this to be a great place in high season, but lack of facilities during low season make this an expensive stay without the required luxury."

"Very clean"

"Hotel is up an amazingly steep mountain with multiple hairpin bends, not for the faint hearted but amazing drive for our Porsche. Hotel son and daughter very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean but basic, towels very old. We struggled with the fixed menu food offering and there is really no where else so you have no choice. Breakfast is very much cake and meats and quite limited. However for the experience of being at the top of a mountain with only cows with bells, it Is unique"

"Great location. NIce to have kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms. You can walk to the lake and several dining options. (including gelato!) There was a leak under the kitchen sink which did not cause a huge problem wince we were there just one night. There is a pool which we did not usee. Unfortunately, it was not so quiet. Lots of families with small children and very thin walls. "

"I absolutely loved this hotel, I felt very at home. It was nice and clean, and cleanliness is a big must have for me. The blankets were beautiful and white and neat. The atmosphere of the hotel was nice, i love the beautifful marble stairwells and vintage photos in the hallways leaving up to my room, and the wooden beams in the ceiling it was quite a beautiful ascetic. "Room was spotlessly clean, Giovanni could not do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble. We were a little skeptical when we were on our way to find this B&B as it is a little off the beaten path, very pleased we stayed there as it was truly amazing. "

"Lovely stay. Could look at the view from my apartment all day. Staff were lovely, breakfast delicious and the plentiful supply of veg from the garden made a amazing salads. The kids loved the pool overlooking the lake. Very relaxing with a good book. You do need a car and there isnt anything within walking distance. But Salo town is 5 minutes away, with delicious gelato, bars and restaurants. "
