"Great find for a 2 night stay off the beaten path for 4 adults and 5 children ranging from ages 3-12. Clean property. Easy check in/out. Owner/property manager was friendly and welcoming. Reminded us of a rustic villa you might find in Hawaii or parts of Southern California. All the rooms except 1 had AC, which was great. The best part, however, was the proximity to a 6KM beach only 5 minutes away. Cheap public parking (1 Euro per hour) and soft sandy beach with large sections of free access....

"Siamo stati 15 giorni con la mia famiglia. Per chi ama il Circeo questa villa è incantevole. La posizione a 300 metri dal mare, super spaziosa, una cucina grande e attrezzata. Infine uno splendido parco che circonda la proprietà. La casa è arredata con cura, il che lo rende un posto da vivere e rispettare. Padroni di casa gentilissimi e super disponibili. "Die Lage ist genial. Eine sehr ruhige Gegend und man ist so schnell bei dem wunderschönen Strand. Der abgegrenzte Garten ist gross und sehr gepflegt. Es hat viele Vögel und Eidechsen. Am See kann man Krebse beobachten. Wir konnten im Oktober immer draussen auf der herrlichen Terrasse essen. Das Fenster zur Küche ist sehr praktisch, da kann man alles direkt zur Terrasse raus reichen. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und immer erreichbar. "The house and its location are simply indescribable. It definitely makes up for the long daily drive to and from Sperlonga. We were here for sport climbing and really enjoyed the peace and quiet and the view high above the town and the sea. The walks around the house were very relaxing. The house is very well equipped and with the new heating it is very comfortable even in winter. "We had a group of 11 stay at Villa Mariani. The host Kim was fantastic as was Sylvia and the whole crew. The place is a fantastic sitting up in the hills overlooking the town of San Felice Circeo. The driveway getting up to the place gave us a little pause but once you are up there it’s unreal. I’d definitely get a car and Kim and team were great and had one delivered to us.
