The space was nice and cozy, and we especially appreciated the terrace, which gave my son plenty of room to work on his robotics skills for his competition. It's rare to find a place that feels both stylish and practical for the whole family.Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique, well-appointed retreat!

Great unit, close driving distance to many tourist sites. Walking distance to a few restaurants and bars on Park. Fantastic water pressure for the shower! Lots of beach and kid-friendly gear provided. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again when I return

It was a great weekend in San Diego. The location is very central so you can get downtown and the beach very easily. It was nice to be able to have places to dine on Park ave within walking distance. The unit was very nice. It had everything we needed for our stay.

A great place to stay in San Diego!

My group and I loved the location of this place. It right in the middle on San Diego and there is so much to do with such a short drive away. You can tell this place is very well maintained. We would definitely book again!

Great location

I was really surprised at how great if a location this is. I was prepared for traffic since it was a weekend in the Summer, but it seemed like we always ended up going against traffic. We didn't have any problems finding parking either.

Perfect stay!

My husband, our 7-year-old daughter and myself enjoyed this lovely house January 2025. It was centrally located by the airport, zoo, Sea World and La Jolla beach. It felt very safe to walk around the neighborhood and there is a delicious authentic Mexican restaurant about 15 minutes away on foot. The host was very accommodating. It was a great stay!

this place is so unique and quiet but close to everything in San Diego. The rooftop is a great place to go and soak up the california sun or lay under the globe and relax. would definitely recommend to anyone!

A great landing pad to explore San Diego as a family

My husband, daughter (13), son (10) and I all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had everything we needed and plenty of space for our 4 night stay. The roof patio was a major highlight, and we enjoyed playing games as a family most nights. Centrally located and in a safe and quiet neighborhood, we found this to be an ideal spot from which to explore all San Diego has to offer!

Kitchen and bathroom were well equipped, though no dishwasher. Host gave great directions to locate entrance. Neighborhood was homey and quiet. Only concern was the master bed was not very comfortable for our older bodies.

Birthday Trip

I rented this place for my mom and girlfriends to stay at during for a long weekend to celebrate my 30th birthday and I cannot say enough positive things about this spot!! The rooftop has the most amazing sunset views, the space itself is super nice and clean. Extremely convenient and walking distance to many things in university heights. Overall a wonderful stay!

Great location!

Wonderful stay for our spring break in San Diego. This property is centrally located to everything we wanted to do... the zoo, sea world, Coronado, La Jolla, Torrey Pines, etc. Never more than a 20 min drive (as long as you don't hit traffic times). Home was comfortable and had everything we needed. My teens loved the roof even though the igloo was down due to a wide storm. Would for sure recommend!

Spring Break

Tons of space for two adults and two teens. Location really is close to everything you could want - beach, zoo, downtown, restaurants. Loved the rooftop for morning coffee and the patio table for when we wanted some shade. And best of all it’s stocked with all the little things that make a home away from home comfortable: beach towels, chairs and umbrella, a cooler and ice packs, toiletries, extra towels, and a great assortment of kitchen basics. Would definitely stay again!

San Diego soccer tournament

The property was exactly as described. Perfect and plenty of room for my wife, 16 year old son and I. We enjoyed outside area to eat breakfast in the morning and rooftop patio to relax after running around. The best part is this space comes with all the amenities of home. The location is perfect. Close to many attractions… If you are thinking about booking, just do it before you miss out.

We had a group of 4 female coworkers that needed a place close to our workshop. We need space to sleep but also have quick meetings. The space worked well for our needs was close to everything. Street parking is always a challenge but it worked out
