Amazing Beach House with great ocean view!

You are going to love this ground-floor unit that sits just one house back from the ocean with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean waves from the large private deck and the gourmet Kitchen. The home has 2 large bedrooms each with its own full bathroom. The gourmet kitchen has a new stainless steel viking stove/oven, stainless steel dish washer, stainless steel refrigerator, and spacious granite counter tops. Your family will feel right at home in the cozy living room complete with a marble surface fireplace, brand new sectional sofa, and mounted 65 inch television. Two recently remodeled bathrooms both with a soothing smooth rock shower floor. The master has a queen-sized bed with a high end plush mattress and a full sized futon for extra sleeping accommodations. The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed with a high end plush mattress. Check the weather and surf report using the free wireless high speed internet before venturing outside. There is a tandem parking spot for 1 large or 2 small cars directly in front of the deck and strictly reserved for this home. Full sized washer and dryer are stacked inside a closet within the home. We also have a mini split air conditioning system that is available upon request. We offer everything you need to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. There are extra sheets , blankets, and pillows in case they are needed. The front patio is the best part of the home with a gas grill / bbq and a table waiting for you to sit down and take in the views. The property is located close to everything right in between pacific beach and mission beach. There are great restaurants, bars, shopping, and super markets all within walking distance.

The home is approximately 1000 square feet not counting any outdoor space & you can easily sleep 6-8 people. We also own an adjacent 2 bed 2 bath property (VRBO #879846) that can also be rented in conjunction with this home. It is by far one of the best locations in Pacific Beach or Mission Beach. Short drive to multiple Golf Course, Sea World, Shopping Malls, Balboa Park, Airport, Downtown, Old Town , Little Italy, and many other great Sand Diego attractions.

We really enjoyed our stay and the owners were very easy to work with and very friendly. Just a short 30-40 steps to the beach and walking distance to many coffee shops and restaurants/bars. The whole family loved our stay. Perfect size for us!

This property is in an ideal location and is exactly as listed. We had a family of 7 sleep comfortably with plenty of room to lounge and eat while not at beach. Would definitely rent here again.

Beach was right across the street from this cottage. Made access to the beach super easy, but not close enough that we had to deal with the noise of the beach-goers. The house was very comfortable and had amenities that made it a "Home away from home!"

Was just remodeled. The owner was helpful and accommodating. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Found a phenomenal breakfast restaurant just down road called the mission.

This place was a great hub for us as we visited lots of places in the area. It was so close to the beach which was awesome when you had an hour to kill. Our 4 year old loved the beach and being able to walk there in less than a minute. We didn’t spend much time in the house but it worked great as a place to stay!

We had a great stay. The location was perfect as it was literally steps from the beach. Our family enjoyed being able to walk back and forth to the beach and not carrying too many things at once. The view from the kitchen window was great. There are some areas that need improvement but to be honest they're super small things that I am sure the owners already are aware of so I will not mention here. We would book again. Thanks for sharing your little piece of paradise with my family.

Our family has gotten too big for everyone to stay at our parents house so a couple of us decided to rent a house at Mission Beach. This place was perfect. Wide open, close to the beach, you could even seethe ocean from the deck. We would absolutely rent here again.

House was great, had everything we needed and we were so happy to have 2 full bathrooms for five of us. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many great restaurants and fun things to do. The deck was great to see the sunset especially if you needed a break from the sand. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again in the future.

My wife, daughter, and I had a fantastic time at this mission beach home! We could not be happier with the location right across the street from the beach. The style of the house is impeccable. It was great to be able to park right in front of the property too. We will be back!

Just got back from spending Spring Break here and it was perfect! The location is ideal, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. House was great. Used the bikes everyday and the beach toys and chairs were nice to have, although some of beach gear need to be updated (couple holes in buckets and one chair). Already looking forward to rent again next year!

The house was just as described. The location was awesome. It was so relaxing to open the windows and hear the waves! We had a couple of minor problems, ( no propane), but Fausto responded very quickly and got some over to us. We loved our stay here and look forward to coming back!

We loved this property! The location was the best location we’ve stayed at- seriously just a park and stay! Walking distance to the beach, the bay, restaurants, you name it- you were there! The parking spot was the icing on the cake. We will be back!! The place could use a deep cleaning, but the location was so great we barely noticed.
