De kamer/het appartement is uitgerust met benodigde voorzieningen (kleine keuken met kookplaat en kookgerei, moderne badkamer met douche) en aparte slaapkamer. Het naburige dorpje is op 3 minuten rijden, waar verschillende restaurants en supermarkten te vinden zijn.
