"This place is amazing! The views are spectacular. The room was perfect and the grounds are exactly what you’d expect for Tuscany. The owner is on hand at all times and is very friendly and accommodating. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until midnight. He stayed up for us and talked us through the directions there. You do need a car if you’re staying here since there is no public transportation. "

"The best option for San Gimignano! The property is so beautiful that you think you are in a magazine. The well kept grounds are filled with blooming flowers and picturesque vantages. A friendly cat, cooing pigeons, and happy chickens add to the ambience. The rooster somehow also stays quiet... The rooster I keep at home is much less polite. Eating a delicious breakfast with the view of San G is so peaceful compared to fighting the crowds in the town. Relaxing by the pool at the end of your day...

"The host is amazing and very easy to talk with. She made sure everything was perfect. You should know this place is on top floor so there are 2-3 flights of stairs. It is worth it. "The setting in the Tuscan countryside was amazing. A very charming historic Farmhouse. The hosts were so kind and charming. The pool was beautiful and refreshing. The kitchen was very useful for home cooking. Despite high heat outside, we could close the shutters and windows and keep the house cool until the evening. "We had a lovely stay and the hosts were warm, accommodating and responsive. The location is incredible -- extensive views from both sides of the property; the hilltop village setting is out of a postcard with lovely little streets and nooks to explore; and the local shops, market days, restaurants provide everything needed locally. The property is adequate, a little rustic, but well suited to time outdoors by the lovely pool and as a springboard for day trips throughout amazing Tuscany....
