"We have been renting holiday homes for over 20 years, and this was one of the best. The house is airy and spacious with fully stocked kitchen, large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; lovely outdoor patio and dining area. The guest house adjacent is great for additional use. The pool is spectacular. It has a large deck area with top-notch chairs & umbrellas. Also, this was the only house we ever rented that had beach equipment - umbrellas, towels, snorkeling equipment, etc. Ground staff and/or...

"The hot water in the shower did not work for most of our stay, the issue was flagged multiple times but only resolved on the last day. One of the days we had to boil water to shower as hot water was not working at all. A somewhat adequate compensation was initially offered but later he changed the terms, saying extra charges for linen and towels "were being waived" and that was part of our compensation, however, at the time of booking and writing this review there is no mention of said charges...

"We were 9 and had a great week at this villa. The pool area and pool house is where we hung out most of the time. Close to many beaches and Tropea. I would recommend for a large group that wants to relax and enjoy the Calabria weather by the pool. The communication with Francesca and Mimmo was great, very responsive when we called."

"A wonderful house, the photos don’t do it justice! We were 2 families of 4 and had a wonderful time. Beautiful views, good pool and very comfortable (and thankfully air conditioned!) bedrooms. The house is about 10 mins (drive) from a super beach and 25 mins from Tropea. The agents Enticoa Travel were very helpful. Note, a car is definetely needed and the roads are quite winding but not a problem."

"Für einen ruhigen Entspannungsaufenthalt genau das richtige. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Ferienhausanlage. Es gibt etwa 500 m entfernt einen kleinen Laden, wo man alles Nötige zur Selbstversorgung (auch kalabrische Spezialitäten) bekommt. Durch einen Pinienwald gelangt man an den Strand. "Majestic views, stunning sunsets and easy access to the town of Zambrone, Tropes and Pizzo. This home is lovely modern with a fine, workable kitchen, tiled bathrooms and comfortable rooms. With a large community pool (shared by a few homes) and lots of lounge chairs, we enjoyed sitting outside where bright flowers and tasteful landscaping dotted the perimeter of the property. It was spotlessly clean and check in easy."

"Beautiful townhome with stunning views, large patios for outdoor living. Easy to communicate with the owner and the onsite contact was very helpful and kindly got us setup. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and some basic supplies. Enjoyed walking to the beach and also the train station for fresh croissants and gelato. Perfect stay!"

"The property was not what had shown to be , very small for a group of 15 people and the bedroom and bathroom in some of the rooms you can hardly fit in the showers , very small indeed, the swimming pool was amazing they all enjoyed themselves in pool, the view was beautiful some days and some days you couldn’t see anything because of the smog , the whole house was too small altogether"

"Schönes Haus genau zwischen Pizzo (Tartufoeis) und Tropea (Traumkulisse/Strand). Treppe direkt vom Garten zu einem Steinstrand, kurz über ein paar Steine steigen oder schwimmend auch sehr schöner Sandstrand, eine einsame Bucht mit tollem klarem Wasser. Bäcker und Supermarkt in Briatico City ca 4 Autominuten entfernt. Gerne wieder :)"

"This is a wonderful villa, just 5 minutes walk from the private beach, which is stunning. The villa is beautifully fitted out with air conditioning, a large outdoor seating area and a wonderful garden for the kids to play in. It’s in a quiet area, benefitting from two lovely communal pool areas for daily use. I cannot recommend enough !"

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful and secure with keypad to enter the hotel after hours. Staff was very friendly and helpful especially the front desk. Breakfast had plenty of options and The hotel was conveniently located within a 2 minute walk from the main town and under 10 minute walk down to the main beach! Parking garage on site with keypad access. Highly recommend "

"Georgia was awesome as well as the ladies at the coffee/bar/ restaurant ! Perfect location with steep steps to the rocky beach. If you prefer sandy beach you need to walk towards the city center which is about 15 minutes away. We didn’t mind walking as we love the exercise and helps to walk off the drinks / food ! Lots of restaurants in the area in town. "

"We ended our Europe trip with a week at Hotel Borgo di Santa Barbara and it was the perfect choice. The property is absolutely beautiful and peaceful, a great place to unwind. You can relax by the pool or head to Tropea beach, which is just a short drive away. The breakfast each morning was delicious with a variety of options, many of them homemade. The family who owns and runs the hotel is incredibly welcoming and their hospitality really stands out. Everything was also very clean and well taken care of. We had such a wonderful stay and would love to return someday."

"Amazing room with a balcony in front entrance and another balcony in back room both with amazing views of the ocean. Amazing breakfast overlooking the ocean! Perfect location! Easy walking to centre of town where all the restaurants are. Very clean! "
