The staff was amazing and made you feel welcomed and was very helpful and informative. The roof top bar was nice, the perks the hotel has over to watch glass making was an awesome touch. Overall, this hotel was amazing and we already recommended it to our friends traveling to Venice next year. "

"Excellent central location with a few minute walk to St Marks Basolica or Rialto Bridge. Rooms are in good condition with the expected amenities. Good breakfast range and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay. The staff are always accommodating and helpful. The bed was very large and comfortable. Easy internet access but tv only showed Italian, French or German speaking channels. Transport is excellent as the train station is opposite the hotel. The train will take you straight not Venice or any other parts of Italy. Great stay (again)."
