"I've stayed at The Volare many times over the years and always had a great experience. I found out upon arrival that they are under new ownership so there were a few changes. Check in time is at 4pm instead of 3pm, they charge $20 per night for parking now and the deposit is reimbursed in 7-10 days instead of 72 hours. Not huge deals just small changes I wasn't expecting but I did think it was odd that I hadn't received a welcome email they sent before, like I had in the years passed. Since I've stayed there so many times, I've experienced many different rooms. I have to say this was the first time that noise was a real issue. The housekeepers started cleaning at 8am and while I understand they have so much work to do (and it's not easy!) I really wanted to sleep in but all I heard was cleaning and talking in the halls and neighboring rooms. Again, they have a job to do, totally understand but maybe if check in is an hour later they could start a bit later...? None of this would prevent me from coming back, the location is why I consistently choose Volare, I love being able to walk to downtown."
