We had a very nice two-week stay at this San Clemente condo. There is a lot to appreciate, especially the location and the host’s attentiveness.Pros:Bright, spacious condo with a great multi-level layout, a large living room, and pretty coastal décor. Comfortable beds, lots of sunlight, many supplies, and a large private patio with a grill. Easy parking with a big driveway. The location is excellent—close to shops, restaurants, and the pier. Riki is a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and very easy to communicate with.Cons:The condo shows signs of age and heavy use. The kitchen could benefit from a deep cleaning and updates to older appliances, sink, and fixtures. Some areas, including the upstairs tub, screen door at main entrance, living room sofa and rear patio loveseat covers, appear worn and would benefit from refreshing or replacement.Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and with some updates and attention to upkeep, this property could fully match the high standard reflected in its many positive reviews.
