"The property grounds pool ans beach are nice. Breakfast for a westerner not the best. Coffee like espresso, capucino etc was poor. Issue was that the hotel incurred a power outage for over 2 hours, the hotel went dark, when. I asked ab pi ut the generator they said that they couldn't turn it on to conserve energy. Meanwhile we melted in the rooms 37 degrees outside so suffice to say we didn't sleep the night. The hotel nor Expedia would give us a refund for a lost night of sleep. Enough said."

"The hotel is really nice, really clean and with plenty of amenities. The pools were also really nice and beautiful palm trees to give you that serene look. The views of the mountains surrounding the property is really great. The restaurant food was superb. We were not expecting such high quality delicious food. It was so pleasant. "Breakfast ok.ish! Pool OK but only because we were the only guests in the hotel! Staff were ok until problems arose ... management were dreadful.. Cleanliness... well I slept for the first 2 nights on a filthy matress infested with bed bugs. "
