We are a seven minute-twelve minute walk to 3 excellent surf breaks. The platforms sleep 9 and include a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, and three "sleeping pods". "Cute little hotel In the heart of San Carlos. The rooftop lounge was a real treat. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I had breakfast delivered to my door each morning. The AC worked great and the beach was only a 10 minute walk away for a nice swim or some surfing. Would stay here again for the price. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Villa Serenidad with its gorgeous view in a safe, quiet location and a short drive to restaurants and stores. The villa is beautiful and roomy, but it needs some attention inside and out before it falls into disrepair. The maintenance issues are minor, with the biggest issue being the raised deck at the end of the pool - it is a safety hazard as it is falling apart. Also, the listing details and/or pictures need to be updated because the outside bar fridge, two lounge...
