"Very comfortable and relaxing environment."

"Staff is great and friendly. The bed in the room was terribl. Mattress is like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. Impossible to sleep on your side. Other things I didn't like...only 2 bath towels. In the heat I took two showers a day and had to reuse towel for second one. Should have 4 towels per room. Also..I saw cockroach twice during my stay in my room and a Lil gecko thing on the wall. Should have better seals on doors to stop that or traps. Lastly there was a sewer type smell coming out of...

"The staff were great. The maintenance and upkeep was poor. Things worked but, for example, the walls would be patched and not repainted. The property is older. For the area it's ok. The location is right around the corner from the market and 7/11."

"Nice pool area. Quiet location "

"Bad"

"Very basic but the pool was really nice! Check-in was very time consuming and problematic. There was a Security Guard who thought we had the wrong location.. then he checked and directed us around to the back of the property where we met with hotel reception staff who could not confirm My registration and had to call their boss to get us a room. The room was not really ready because they say that they were not expecting us! "

"Stay was reinvigorating, staff attitude are great. Foods are sumptuous. Enjoyed our stay. "

"Fun place for the money! Accommodations were a little rough, no hot water, mold on the walls, and water leaking In under walls when it was raining"

"Wave pool was invigorating. Staff was all so polite and considerate. The 4 bunk dormitory worked well for our party of 4 kids and 4 adults but the cr was inadequate. Loved the flowers, trees, and plants on the property. The food was all good. Place reminded me of camp from when I was a kid. The drive there was an adventure too. Ty for the memories. "

"I had a good stay . Most of the staff are nice , other than the a few front desk employees. Few ladies at front desk got some attitude and hardly smile . They’re not so welcoming at all . But the rest of the staff housekeeping and the kitchen crew are nice . Food is great as well . Thanks you all ."

"Very quiet and comfortable anytime and the staff is more than hospitable and caring"

"DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT book this hotel. They have numerous hidden charges, terrible rooms, cockroaches, no hot water, and with the ac on 16°C the room still was hot and we were still sweating at 8pm at night. The door had a Crack that you can seen through."

"I hate to say it. It’s an absolutely nothing like it shows on Expedia. Can’t recommend anything good about it. No hot water in shower. Two showers broken. Just very run down place. I feel I was misled and wish I got a refund. Stayed there for one hour and left to a new place. Absolutely nothing like I expected"
