"It was everything as advertised. A heated pool would have been better and special lamps to zap the mosquitoes as an idea for future renters. Refrigerator with ice making capability was a huge surprise and the greatest, most appreciated, feature! (funny to say but true). No coffee drip machine but coffee percolators (discovery for most Americans). Good space for 6 of us! Will consider renting the same villa every year. "

"The house was well located with a great view to the ocean. Only issue we found that the lower bedrooms front needed a handle plus the pathway needed action, muddy area when raining. Overall it was very pleasant and enjoyed our stay at the house."

"Immaculately clean and well-equipped apartment with good internet and smart TVs in all rooms. Good quality (and quiet) air conditioning throughout and was much needed. Pool was clean and well looked after. Hosts live upstairs and were kind and helpful. Only drawback is the A8 motorway which can obscure the beautiful view of the valley and does have some noise which is only heard when outside the property. We had a great stay!"

The location was perfect—just a short walk to the train station, making it super easy to get to Nice, Monaco, and Menton and other places around. "Great house set across several levels. Just the right size for three couples for three nights. Parking for two cars was useful. Easy to get in to Nice and Monaco or head down to the bay for food. Beautiful house with stunning views."

"It was a very pleasant stay and a super friendly host. The only thing that should be noted - last 200 m. of the road to reach the villa is very steep and curvy. Driver should have good driving skills. We got used to it, but the first time was quite challenging. When you reach the villa - it's beautiful. The view over the sea amazing."
