It has 2 bedrooms, 1 living-dining room, 1 bathroom, 1 fully equipped independent kitchen and a large terrace. Located on the top floor without attached. Very bright with large windows.
It has a washing machine, iron, dryer, free Wi-Fi, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, 2 flat-screen TVs and a desk-table, among other amenities.
It is located in the center of Playa Honda, in a quiet place, with easy and quick access to shops and transport. All this without losing the charm of the coastal area, a 5-minute walk away we find the beach, maritime avenue, restaurants, pubs and entertainment venues, among others.
A 4-minute walk we reach the Deiland Shopping Center, taxi rank and public transport, as well as the main street, cafes, shops, parks, health center and pharmacies.
The airport is 7 minutes away by car (2.5 km).
A place to enjoy the tranquility of the home, having the diversity of the Lanzarote coastal environment just a few steps away!
