Yucas Villa 13, a 2 bedroom vacation villa in El Salobre Golf Resort with private pool and sleeps up to 4 people.
Comfortable and luxurious villa for vacation rental with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located in the prestigious Salobre Golf Resort. Newly built accommodation, modern design, which guarantees tranquility and a rewarding stay.
The villa has a complete and sophisticated equipment, such as; air conditioning, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher, TV and free WiFi.
Yucas Villa 13 has a private swimming pool (depth: 1,40m, dimensions: 6m x 3m), with the possibility of heating it with an additional cost. Modern terrace furniture and barbecue.
Located within El Salobre Golf Resort, you will have the possibility of having first class golf facilities and the opportunity to enjoy different gastronomic options and spa services of the neighboring Hotel, Serenity. There is even a supermarket at the entrance to the gated community.
Yucas Villa 13 includes private parking for your peace of mind.
Services included in the price of this vacation rental:
-For bookings of more than 7 nights, cleaning with change of bed linen and towels.
-A crib and high chair (on request) will be provided for children under 2 years old.
The property is located in a residential area and therefore parties or any other activity that could be disturbing for the neighbors is prohibited.
Overcrowding is prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property, but allowed on the terrace.
Pets are allowed for an additional cost per night, with a maximum weight of 3 kg.
Pool heating is available for an extra fee per night.

Pros: Lo que más me gustó fue la tranquilidad y que estar super bien equipada. Anfritiona muy amable. Cons: Lo único que la calefaccion de la piscina estuviese dentro del total del precio aunque se incremente un poco, ya que está muy fria. Y 40 euros por día me parece excesivo. Por lo demás todo de 10.
