"The house is on a beautiful private beach with lots of seashells, awesome snorkeling, and amazing sunrises! The house has a very well equipped kitchen, and all of the staff for check in and help when we were there was top-notch!!! Just loved our time there ! We had Martha with La Dona cook for us twice and it was wonderful!!! "

"This is a beautiful property in an incredible location. The beach is private with no motor traffic. Whale watching was outstanding. The beach is rocky and not ideal for long walks. There was not enough wind for kiteboarding during our stay. I think I could have launched from Waynes boat ramp, but definitely not for the novice. "Excellent location practically on the beach! Could come and go very easily. And exactly an hour to the airport with minimal dirt road at the end."

"We went with a group from work and their families. There was enough privacy for everyone plus a huge entertainment area for the entire group together. The house sits on a mile of private white sand beach but is only 20 minutes to a nice size town and a little over an hour to Cabo. We have cooks come to the house every day, rented quads and relaxed on the beach and water. I highly reccomend this house."

"A really nice house to base a family trip , lots of room for a small child to wander around. Very quiet and well equipped kitchen. Nice Mexican decor. Appreciated secure yard so stray dogs couldn't get in. Good communication with property manager. Need a car or transport as just a touch too far to walk with a small child but good restaurant close by. Thanks ! "

"Overall it is a nice place to stay. Two things I would mention. The ad says there is a hot tub. Couldn't find it. Also, need to upgrade the modem. WiFi was marginal."
