An awesome property im a great location!

Everything went smoothly in terms of check in and out processes, and we had a great time exploring the area from this home base. Easy walks to some really good restaurants, and a quick drive to drop off the teens at Six Flags. The beds were awesome after a full day, and we had lots of fun playing pool as well. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway.

Peaceful Perfection

Stayed in this property with husband and college kids. Loved the ability to have space away from each other! This property is high tech as well with audio/video in every room including the roof deck! Loved the deck…perfect place for early risers to drink coffee while kids sleep. Super comfy beds, well appointed with all our needs. Clean. Very quiet neighborhood…do NOT expect to have a loud gathering. Neighborhood is older but absolutely safe. Walk to the Pearl!!!! Loved that we were so close. Oh…do not miss Alamo BBQ Co very nearby. Delicious. The VRBO was exactly what we thought we were getting. Would stay again!

It won’t disappoint

This 4 story townhouse won’t disappoint.. Starting at first floor (street level) an awesome Garage/Gym setup all the way up to the 4th story rooftop Offering Amazing city skyline views. Each floor is fully stocked with every tool/amenity needed to have a great time. Location is great, safely gated. The 2 bedrooms are a lil small but this townhome was designed to have fun and entertain.. I Guarantee it will surprise you and won’t regret staying here! Will def be staying here again!!

Great Modern Get Away

Modern townhouse with great comfort. Feels very homie. Children enjoyed the pool table and family TV. Rooftop deck had a great view. Many fun activities to enjoy with your family around San Antonio. We had a great stay. Property manager was very attentive and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful home, but not well cleaned.

The home itself is beautiful & has great views. Very industrial & felt high end; until you went to the restroom, took your shoes off, or went to bed. The cleanliness of the home was not to par for the price. Our feet stayed filthy to the point we felt like we needed to wear our shoes the whole time. Their were drink splashes on the floors and walls. The beds were uncomfortable & the toilet paper was awful...1 ply stuff (such a small detail...but when you pay a good price for a place, you expect them to deliver on the small details).

Week by the Pearl

I stayed here with my daughter for a week instead of booking a hotel. The place was very comfortable. The roof top deck view was amazing at night and a good place for morning coffee too. Definitely a fun place with dart board on the rooftop, pool table, bar, and large screen tv. The property manager was very responsive to questions, calling me prior to check-in and answering questions. Use of the bikes was a big plus. An easy stroll back and forth to the Pearl and River Walk. I would definitely stay again.

San Antonio party house

Great location to the Pearl , roomy and comfy townhome, great neighbors. House is set up for a party however we just enjoyed the room, rooftop patio and a quiet glass of wine. Thanks
