Beautiful gem with unique historical touches located just a few steps away by foot, scooter or bike from the River walk and the Pearl Area. Stay as a local and grab a drink in the Pearl Area or eat in some of the best restaurants that San Antonio has to offer.

Fully renovated house with unique historical touches from the 1920’s. This spacious 3 bed, 2 bath home is the perfect getaway for families or groups looking to explore the best of San Antonio.

As soon as you step inside, you will be greeted by an abundance of natural light and an open fully renovated interior with a beautiful kitchen and living room area. The house is a duplex, and you will be staying in the upstairs unit of the house. You will have a private entrance and newly built deck.

The access will be on the back side of the house (on Atlanta Ave) you will see a black fence with a "Casa Rio" sign. There are three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, full bed and the master bedroom with a king size bed.

Tobin Hill is an up-and-coming neighborhood located just a few steps away from the Pearl Area, where eclectic restaurants, bar, coffee shops and the famous Hotel Emma are. This unique neighborhood is also located nearby, the River Walk and the gardens of the Brackenridge Park.
