Pesimo trato de parte del personal,estube a punto de cancelar mi reserva, las 2 muchachas que nos recibio malisimo el trato, el area d piscina y desayuno si fueron muy amables y los cuartos tambien estubo bien. Mi recomendacion es que deberian tener personas con mejor actitud y clase.

Las personas de la propiedad me transfirieron a otro lugar porque tenían toda la propiedad ocupada, sin embargo al lugar que me llevaron quedaba en el centro a dos cuadras de la playa, así que fue perfecto.

The reality is that the place is nothing like it looks in the photos . We arrived at 3:45 PM, as check-in was at 3 PM like everywhere else, but it wasn't available yet because they were "cleaning"—that wasn't the problem. Beautiful water and beaches. Overall the people are nice. Very affordable if you dont include high priced hotels that overall are not in good repair and not up to North American standards; for the money.

The government needs to put some money in roads; the traffic its terrible and the hotels in general need some upgrade. I would not recommend San Andres for a relaxing and pleasant vacation. Only thing beautiful its the ocean and its colors; but growd
