"Breakfast was great but we were surprised we had to pay extra for the breakfast. I found this disappointing when other hotels we stayed at breakfast was in the the price. The other disappointing thing I found was wi-fi was very limited in time. For God sake 🙏 fix these two problems so I and other future customers can give you five star rating."

"I came at about 3:00 am, the receptionist guy came outside and helped with loggige to bring to our room. The location is one of the best in Samsun. The room was clean, the mattress quite comfortable, there were stains on the carpet. Hygiene products, such as shampoo and shower gel, were not enough for 2 people, cleaning done every day, towels changed every day. The refrigerator in the room wasn't working, and after we asked them to fix it, they put in a new one, but it didn't work either. The breakfast was very good, everything delicious and varied. "
