"The cabin is absolutely incredible. Nestled in the woods, but not too far away from other people. It overlooks what was once a lake, but has since drained. At night, it’s a sea of fireflies. During the day, you have gorgeous views of the mountains. There is plenty to do in the area, especially hiking. Kate was an incredible host. The hosts were incredible and responsive, kind and informative. If you want to relax and hang out with goats in a nature like setting, you can NOT go wrong. Can not WAIT to plan my next visit!"

"This is a wonderful house, perfect for a large family or two families. The house is cozy, convenient and very friendly, and the location can't be beat in terms of being near to Hunter Mountain, hiking trails and other great locations in the area. The host was incredibly proactive and helpful and we had an incredible time!"

"This was my third stay at Minnewaska lodge. I always love it. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, the bath products are lovely smelling, and there is plenty of room in the dining/sitting area and outside by the firepit to relax and socialize or read . The staff are always friendly and go above and beyond. The private woodland setting is a wonderful base for visiting the area. "
