"Lots of things to do here besides gambling . I know it’s a smoking facility BUT cigar and regular smoke came though the vents in our room. The casino itself needs more smoke ventilation. I can’t believe people bring their kids here. A piece of garbage from the previous guest remained on the floor in the bathroom for our entire 4 night stay. I wanted to see how well the rooms were cleaned so I left it to see how long it would take to pick up. It was there when we checked out on the 5th day. The staff was a little snippy on check-in considering our room was not ready at 3:00. I checked in on line letting them know my arrival time earlier in the day. I got a little tired asking for coffee supply daily. But the best and happiest staff member was the one who brought the coffee when we did call. She was great. The Sonoma Cellar. restaurant was incredibly delicious. Our server was fantastic. The salmon was to die for! We had a lovely dinner, went to walk around, then came back a couple of hours later for amazing deserts. The bartender was a delightful young lady. Valet parking was good. The water pressure and temperature for the shower was a gamble: you never know if it will suddenly change temp. Probably would not stay again because of the smoke. The petite suite was good sized. "

"Bathroom floor ditry"

"The room was adequate for our purposes. However, the downsides were: 1.) the cockroach crawling up my wife's arm as she was sitting up on the end of the bed, 2.) when we first arrived in our room, there was only one wash cloth and one towel for the 2 of us, and 3.) the floor was extremely dirty so much so that our socks were black when we took them off before bed. My wife went up to the front desk to get another towel set and was told that she'd have to come back in the morning to get the towel set. Needless to say, one of us that did shower that first night after a long day in our car."

"This property was perfect for our needs. We took day trips to places in California, Arizona and Nevada, excellent location from the Strip, not too close, not too far. Nice and close to the Airport, Awesome Staff, very nice facilitiy."

"Host experience was, amenities, bad odor, mice, and a leak in the living room ceiling on the first night. Host never refunded the amount that was promised for locking half of the house. I vacated due to the uncomfortable feeling there. VRBO was nice enough to refund the amount host never did. Thank you VRBO. "

"My booking was never sent to the company hosting the house. I was left without a place to stay. I received emails confirming my booking and the money was taken from might account as well. Ultimately, I did receive a refund but after I was extremely inconvenienced!! I don’t know who dropped the ball with this booking, but there should be a better system in place for this home."
