"We had two reservations- one starting the night before our 6 a.m, arrival so that we could have an early check-in and one for the rest of our stay. The check-in and merging of both reservations was seamless which was great after 20 hours of travel. The front desk staff was friendly and informative. Our room was ready and we were also able to have breakfast. First impressions of SANA Metropolitan were very favorable."
"The hotel was in a great location & our room was very spacious - we had a suite with a pull out coach that was actually quite comfortable. Some minor things that need some attention - the shower head was not adjustable (kept spraying to the glass enclosure that created a build up of water on the floor in the bathroom) and the AC was difficult to adjust the setting (stayed ion 19). Otherwise great experience. Breakfast was a great assortment of items and the pool was a nice treat!"
"The site emphasized having a butler assigned to our floor but we did not get that experience. We had a few assisting us and service was slow. In fact, they assured we could directly contact them through the ipad but again, replies were delayed.
Upon our arrival, the ice bucket had water (melted ice) in it, mini fridge was low stock, only liquor option was gin, and food ordered through room service was slow.
