"Overall a good choice. Centrally located and offers parking which is very convenient. Breakfast had good savory and sweet options including fresh ground and brewed coffee, eggs, local farm to table ingredients and friendly helpful staff. Front desk staff varied in attitude and demeanor , but Leila was excellent. Room cleaning was thorough and prompt. Pedestrian exit convenient to shops and restaurants. However, Wi-Fi was spotty at best and could be improved. Mezzanine conference room area good for laptop work and being out of room. Biella region is beautiful and relatively uncrowded compared to other small cities. Recommend hiking in Zegna Oasis preserve and Santuario Di Oropa. Piacenza factory store in Pollone has quality cashmere and wool clothing. Also recommend day trips to Torino and Aosta Valley. We would definitely return to this hotel!"

Wonderful hotel! We stayed at the Fortyfive Hotel for three nights and enjoyed every moment. The location is excellent and very quiet, the hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff are fantastic, going above and beyond to provide outstanding service. Breakfast is a rich and delicious buffet. A special thank you to the owner, Vincenzo, who helped us a great deal, was kind and welcoming, and gave us truly exceptional service. Highly recommended! La posizione è ottima e molto tranquilla, l'hotel è eccezionalmente pulito e lo staff è meraviglioso: fa sempre di tutto per offrire un servizio eccellente. La colazione è un buffet ricco e gustoso. Un ringraziamento speciale al proprietario, Vincenzo, che ci ha aiutato moltissimo, è stato gentile e accogliente e ci ha offerto un servizio davvero straordinario. Lo consigliamo vivamente!"

"Nice hotel right near city center. Room was nice. Bathroom was clean. My only issue was the AC didn't work and the bed was a little hard for my liking. If in town I would stay again."

"The hotel was being used for a wedding that weekend and the pool and restaurant area was closed due to this. Would’ve been good to know beforehand. The hotel itself is beautiful and a short walk to town to find food. The staff was very helpful in locating a restaurant, making a reservation for us and getting us a car for the airport the next morning. I would definitely stay there again, but would make sure that all the amenities were open before making a reservation. Out in the country in a small town close to the airport lots of character, huge rooms and bath."
The robin's garden - In the Piedmont countryside, your garden for relax!

"The property is in the countryside and very peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped and the air con in the bedroom was fantastic as the weather was so hot whilst we were there. There is a lovely large terrace with various seating options and a view of open countryside and the mountains, there is an above ground pool but we didn't use it as we went out everyday exploring surrounding villages, the better ones of which we found were a little further away but well worth visiting. The hosts Alberta and Giuseppe were fantastic, very kind, offering food and drinks on their terrace in the evening and advising of places to visit. They are extremely dog friendly. They have two dogs of their own who are clearly well loved and very well socialised. But, they also have facilities to keep yours and their dogs separate if you so wish. In summary, a great time with wonderful hosts and dogs. If we return to their little part of Italy again we will definitely book The Robins nest again. Thank you Alberta and Giuseppe "
