"Great property, just a 15 minute walk from the Bellano restaurants, shops, passenger boats. Only a 5 minute walk to the train station. The suite was very comfortable and newly renovated. The staff was amazing: Mateo, Jessica and Deborah. They were happy to help us book train tickets and other events. That was so helpful since we don’t speak Italian. Their English was great. Breakfast each morning was delicious and very convenient. I enjoyed a cocktail each night as well. A comment about the bathroom in our suite: There is no privacy when using the toilet. The door is see through glass, so you will need to have a “don’t look”agreement with your spouse. I found it odd, but it didn’t prevent us from enjoying. Parking is challenging. We had a rental car. You can just hand your keys to Mateo and he will park your car for you. If you don’t need a car, just take the train to Bellano to get there. Its an easy walk."

"The view from the hotel was outstanding and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the spa, and spent a lot of time using the facilities in between exploring the area. Our room had 2 floors and 2 bathrooms, which was great. The room decor was a little sparse and the style was very minimal. That's the only area for improvement in an otherwise wonderful hotel."

"Great location near the train station. Sister hotel to the Park Hotel. We were able to use the Park Hotel outdoor pool, which is in a very nice park-like setting. Breakfast was excellent. We would stay here again. "

"Great lake view. Very helpful staff. Superb location near Villa Carlotta and the mid-lake pier. The food at the restaurant was excellent.The only down-side was that on checking out at 6 am we had to use the emergency exit."
