  • Sat proudly in the hills of Samoëns village, Buqa is a family owned chalet-apartment which offers its guests the perfect blend of a traditional and contemporary stay. Situated on a quiet cul de sac with outdoor space, this stylish chalet-apartment has eclectic interior décor & quality furnishings, a wood-burning fire-place, the latest technology in each room, a fully equipped modern kitchen/diner, a whole floor dedicated to entertainment, this self-catered apartment an air of comfort and luxury.
    This disabled-friendly and pet-friendly apartment offers incredible panoramic alpine views from the large south-facing balcony.
    Each of the 3 bedrooms have an en-suite (newly refurbished in Autumn 2023), with a total sleeping capacity of 7-8 guests, including accommodation on the grand mezzanine level.
    The apartment has its own lockable garage with equipment storage facilities and ample outdoor parking space.

    We take real passion and pride in ensuring that each of our guests have the best stay at Buqa; our guests reviews reflect this. great apartment

Buqa is well located and well equipped. Nice, quiet area too, but an easy walk into town. We stayed in Summer 2023. We have been to samoens many times - and this chalet compared very well to other hotels/ chalets

Excellent

The property was even better than listed and had everything you needed. We enjoyed cosy night in by the log fire. Grand son enjoyed the den in the attic with play station a great bonus.We would highly recommended this property to anyone wanting to stay in Samoens. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful chalet.

This is a lovely property in a good position. Easy to walk to shops & restaurants. Easy to park. The kitchen has everything you need and more (including two fridges). What was exceptional was the communication. The host answered every question almost instantly and was extremely helpful. I would recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Great week in chalet Buqa, close to the city center and the ski lift. you should think about replacing the cooking pans. and also clean duvets and pillows.otherwise the chalet is clean and Gilles always available.

Hot Summer in Samoens

Spotlessly clean 3 storey chalet/apartment. Very well equipped kitchen (2 fridge/freezers) and 3 modern bathrooms. Located just off the Col de Jeux Plane route to Morzine and 5 mins downhill walk into Samoens which has a number of bars, restaurants and shops plus at least 2 boulangeries and a mini supermarket. 5 mins drive away is Lac Bleu at Morillon/Verchais great for families with inflatables on the lake and a treetop obstacle course. Only issue for us was having kitchen on ground floor away from living room and balcony on 1st floor so we got lots of steps in but just a small point. No views from bedrooms as all 3 face to the rear of the building. Balcony off living area gives view out We enjoyed hot weather so used the shutters to keep the house cool during the day while we were out. Excellent wifi plus a PS5! Garage has been converted to a bedroom but enough space to store one bike. Really nice stay thank you! Samoens Samoens. Lovely town across town.

Well appointed apartment only a few minutes walk into Samoens.

Buqa is a lovely apartment set out over three floors. The heated floors are a definite highlight making the apartment comfortably warm the instant you walk through the door. Our party consisted of four adults and two children and there was plenty of space for us to chill out as a group. The media set up in the apartment is fantastic with loads of films available on four TVs throughout the property. Luckily for us the snow was fantastic with plenty of great skiing and snowboarding. All in all a great week.

Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer (niet aanwezig, maar via whatsapp zeer vlotte communicatie). Inchecken was zeer gemakkelijk met een keylocker. De accommodatie is een beetje vreemd ingedeeld, met op gelijkvloers de keuken en op de 1e verdieping een balkon. Het balkon is wat klein om comfortabel te eten met 4 (of meer) personen. Terrasmeubilair wat verouderd. Er is 1 comfortabele slaapkamer, de andere slaapkamers matig (1 zonder raam, 1 met dakraam waar het erg warm was in de zomer en 1 op de mezzanine, dus open ruimte waarvan 2 bedden onder het schuine dak waardoor je niet op het bed kunt zitten zonder te moeten bukken). Dunne matrassen en wat verouderd beddengoed. Badkamers zijn in orde. Keuken goed uitgerust, maar we hebben veel materiaal moeten afwassen voordat we het konden gebruiken. Er is geen garage meer, deze werd ingenomen door een extra slaapkamer. Wij hadden we fietsen daarin willen stallen, maar dat gaat niet meer. De eigenaar beloofde deze informatie aan te laten passen op de website. Locatie is goed, dichtbij winkels en restaurants en toch rustig. Wel klimmetje om terug te komen. Er zijn grote werken vlak vóór het appartement, maar tijdens ons verblijf werd er niet gewerkt. De eigenaar had ons op voorhand verwittigd.

Agreables vacances

Appartement propre . Nous avons passé un agreable sejour en août 2024 avec nos petits enfants.Juste un bémol : le coin cuisine salle à manger est un peu petit et pas de possibilité de manger à l exterieur puisque le balcon se sitie au premier étage . Deux chambres sont aveugles ( pasde fenêtres)
