"Really lovely hotel by the train station in Voss. Lovely atmosphere in the bar and breakfast also great. Charging £15 for early check in when our room was ready seemed a bit unnecessary, but that's company policy for you."

"This hotel was located perfectly for the Viking cruise port. It was a 10 min. walk to our ship. The hotel supplied hand soap that was attached to the wall and shower/shampoo soap that was attached to the shower. It was probably all the same soap. No body lotion so bring your own. The buffet breakfast was delicious and plentiful as others have commented. The staff at the buffet was very friendly and helpful."

"We have a wonderful time in Bergen and our stay in this hotel was excellent. I was thrilled with our room which was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel was in a perfect location, it was near the shopping area, local transport and the waterfront. One of the highlights had to be the breakfasts. There was a vast choice of delicious hot foods, meats and cheeses, salmon and peppered fish, salads and a delicious array of fresh fruits, yogurts and cereals. There was a good choice of breads and I was able to get gluten free bread. If you had any room after all that there were also tasty pastries."

"This hotel is perfectly situated a 15 minute, easy walk to the harbor and town center. Super clean, really nice staff, they allow you to store bags there for as long as needed after checkout, and overall a great experience. The only down side is if you want a view of anything other than a roof and other room windows, you may need to specifically request that. I wish I could just make that a half star downgrade from 5.0. We also did not get a chance to try the breakfast."
