"Fantastic hotel in a fantastic area. Staff were really helpful and the bar area was beautiful. Our room was cosy. Only negative was it is a little noisy as our room overlooked the tram line and its quite near the train line but we just put some brown noise on and it was no problem. We were upgraded to a corner quite so we couldn't complain. We would definitely stay here again."

We booked here as we were doing the Berlin Half Marathon, the hotel was also involved with the organisers of the Half Marathon and failed to tell us the bar area was closed for a private function on Friday Night. All staff helpful. "

The only minor drawback was the lack of communication from the hotel prior to our arrival. Despite sending several emails requesting information, we did not receive any response. That said, once we arrived, the staff were highly helpful and accommodating."
