Constantly having to go up and down stairs for basic tasks made the stay extremely inconvenient and frustrating. You have to call a local number in order to check in. Waited on the line for 10 minutes to finally got checked in. You have to fill out forms online and pay city tax online before check in....

"The apartment is over four floors and is well furnished. There are no personal effects giving it a clean and sterile feeling. The online system for checking in is clunky and slow. Certainly not ideal when the inficould be provided well in advance , not when waiting to get in. Unfortunately there were roadworks at the front door, builders materials in the front lobby and scaffolding in the second lobby. Communicating this in advance would lessen the negative impact.
