"This is a nice apartment with a small garden. It is a 30 second walk to the communal swimming pool which was very clean and we were always able to get a lounger. It is also close to a handful of really nice eateries and a 5 minute drive to Sami. It is also walking distance to the Melissani Cave.I am always very careful not to be overly critical and overall everything was good and we enjoyed our stay very much. However, I would make the following comments for accuracy.Check in was extremely difficult for us and we were unable to make contact with the owner/contact. Directions were given but they weren't easy and straighforward. The key was left in a key safe but it was dark and the apartment was quiet with no-one around to ask. We eventually found the apartment and maybe other guests have found it easily....but we didn't.The back bedroom does not have A/C and it can get hot, so much so one of my sons ended up sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Also, the bathroom has more than a faint smell of sewage. I have no idea why. It may well be nothing to do with the property itself and not the fault of the owner. It could be a leak or the drains but it is unpleasant and noticeable. It was, therefore, necessary to keep the door close at all times.However, overall these were minor issues, we had a lovely stay and I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment. "

"Great experience, stayed in the Perla suite. Kind & helpful staff. Room cleaned daily-staff was willing to come back when we hadn’t left yet. Good location to explore the island. Well equipped kitchen for whatever your cooking needs sans an oven. Close to Sami for restaurants, shopping, ferry, & Antisamos. Local tavernas good with lovely staff as well. "

"I have stayed at Alexatos several times and will do so again if I come to Agia. The apartments are comfortable clean and quiet, very close to the centre but set back, so almost no traffic and very quiet at night. Mirka, Demetrios and Steven are wonderful hosts and make you feel very welcome - they even helped me with some trouble with my rental car. "

"Sami Beach was excellent. Quite a long drive from the airport but well worth it. The views from the hotel both out to sea and inland over the forests and mountain are wonderful. The hotel was very welcoming and friendly. Sami is the best town on this lovely island. Quiet out of season but lots to see and do, and great food. "

"Hotel room was lovely and clean and service. Overall good ! If only pick at the safety of our room for children in the mezzanine room. The stairs had rope as decoration but not secure enough to use as a handrail and upstairs where the children’s room the window didn’t lock !! Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and the team were welcoming and understanding of a loud 8 and 3 year old "

"We had a lovely time at Greka Ionian Suites. Aphrodite couldn’t have been more helpful and gave us loads of information about best beaches, restaurants etc. Our apartment was comfortable, very well designed, with lots of storage space and a balcony overlooking the sea. We’re looking forward to going back already!"
