Sehr gut hat der Notfalltelefonnummer funktioniert (Kochherd) Vielen Dank für die telefonisch schnelle Hilfe, dass ich nochmals in die Wohnung konnte um den Mantel zu holen. Der Zugangsweg war 3 Tage sehr vereist, ohne eine Gehhilfe an den Langlaufschuhen wären wir nicht sicher in die Wohnung gekommen.
