"Staff personality can make or break any business, and with this in mind, I'm happy to report that hotel Genio had very welcoming individuals on the front desk. Friendly, efficient and professional. "I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is clean & staff are accommodating. The only negatives were that the hallways smelled of cigarette smoke however I did not smell it in my room. Additionally, the hallways were extremely dark however this was only minimally impacting.
The breakfast was good & available daily fron 7:30am-11am."

"I stayed at the Biltmore Hotel with my family for three days, and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is impeccably clean and features a beautiful pool, dining area ,a and gym. The delicious breakfast was included in our stay, which was a great perk. The views of Tbilisi from the hotel are stunning, both during the day and at night. Additionally, the location is ideal for shopping and sightseeing, as it sits right in the heart of the city."
