"Beautiful small hotel. We received a nice upgrade without asking for it. The apartments are very comfortable and has complete kitchens. They received us with a bottle of wine and some groceries. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there are some options nearby. I would only recommend staying here if you have a car. Good option to stay here and make day trips to different Tuscan towns."

We had a great stay - thank you. If you are taking a dog just check the costs - we paid £50 when we booked and were charged a further €70 when we left."

"Best VRBO experience by far. Huge, remodeled (except kitchen) apt. with tall ceilings, big, new windows to bring in the views and keep out the noise. You’ll want to spend much of your time outside on any of the three private terraces. Updated electrical and huge TV a bonus. Our only regret, was I made an error on date when I booked and we had 5 nights instead of 6, my mistake. I would recommend for a couple that can handle stairs and thresholds. "The best thing is the location, and the accommodations were good. Having read the reviews we knew what to expect and were not surprised. The downsides were mainly the six flights of stairs and the fact that the bathroom is shared. Antonio was accommodating and offered good advice about what to see and where to eat. A couple things that could be done easily to improve the stay for guests would be to provide some closet and/or drawer space and to have a clear place in the bathroom for a guest...

"This villa was perfect for our stay. It is beautiful, super comfortable (we had 9 adults) and private yet only 10 min drive to a grocery store and cute restaurants. And a great location for day trips to Siena and local wineries. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and we loved our in home dinner prepared by Simona. I cannot recommend this place enough."

The villa was amazing with its history and setting and we loved the beautiful views as we sat on the patio with our wine and cheese. "We had an amazing time at the Rivalta Hotel. My husband and I stayed in two different River View suites over a week, and both were equally amazing. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond for us. When we arrived we discovered that one of our suitcase locks was broken, and they sent someone up with tools to help us get in to it. We loved the breakfast each morning and rooftop patio. Very happy with our entire visit and will absolutely be back!"
