"Staying at this old monastery is such a uniquely different guest experience! Surrounded by fantastic old architecture and history, in a quiet location, with beautiful courtyards, Italian garden and an ornately decorated old church. Staff was friendly. Dine in the courtyard which is in a romantic setting, whereas the restaurant lacks ambiance. Amazing breakfast options, dining on patio overlooking the Italian garden. The room was small, but we were happy to get a queen bed."

"Staff was super friendly and helpful especially when our key would not work, he cut us a new one! The only thing about the property is the smell. I definitely think I was allergic to something there and we couldn’t use the air conditioning for that reason. Location was great and coffee and water supplied everyday was a huge bonus! "

"Quaint. Feels like you are staying in the real Florence. Desk manned for only a portion of the day. If you are arriving late, ensure you contact hotel for entry codes and room key. There is a code to building, code to floor of hotel and then key to room. Walkable from train station and walkable to attractions."

"The location is fantastic- right next to the Duomo. We were able to walk everywhere from there. Upon check in, the host greeted us and showed us how to use the keys. The building that it is located in is a bit dark and creepy to be honest, but once inside the B&B, it is fine. The room was very clean, but there is no storage for clothes. Another drawback compared to a hotel is that there is no staff on location 24H and no concierge (there is an info card in the room with recommendations for...

"The location is across the street and a few building from the Piazza Duomo. It was convenient to most sites in Florence. There were excellent dining locations close by. The location was clean and the staff was attentive. Our questions were quickly and honestly answered. Clearly stated by the staff is the lack of an elevator. Rooms are 3 floors up. This could be challenging for those unable to walk up and down the stairs. Enjoy"
