Property is nice and clean, with beautiful renovation, furniture and TV/AC. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast home made and fresh. However, elevator wasn't functioning, and we had to walk up to the 3th floor.

Decent hotel for visiting tourists

Hotel is a little out of the city (~20 minutes walk) and the hotel is designed to cater for business travellers. However, it still makes a good base for tourists visiting Samarkand. The room was clean and modern, bathroom was really nice but the WiFi was a bit hit and miss. Breakfast was buffet style and was fine. The staff on the front desk were helpful and gave really good recommendations on where to eat nearby. I did have some issues as when I arrived the hotel didn't seem to have a record of my stay, and at the end they were not aware that I had already paid through Hotels.com. This was minor inconvenience for me (check out took ~30 mins longer than expected) but hopefully is a one off.

We traveled to Samarkand from the UK on vacation in April 2019. The hotel itself was modern, clean and comfortable, and met our expectations. However, it was the staff at BEK truly made this an unforgettable experience. Any request or assistance we needed they facilitated immediately (regardless of time), and always with a friendly smile. We highly recommend this hotel.
