Hotel is just one floor of a building (first floor above street level, upper floors not part of the hotel). Staff helpful and bilingual. Room was very clean. Electric kettle with coffee and tea, mini fridge, clothes steamer, and hair dryer with diffuser in the room. Fresh towels and house keeping daily if desired. Air conditioning worked great.
Close to Guggenheim Museum and many shops and restaurants.
Would absolutely stay here again!!"

"Although this hotel is rated 1 star, I would personally rate my experience closer to 3 stars based on the cleanliness, easy check-in and check-out, and convenient location at the edge of the Old Town. Compared with the other hotels I stayed at during this trip, it definitely stood out. I would happily stay here again!"
