The front reception staff were wonderful check in and out was a breeze. Very welcoming. The room was quite comfortable and we had a great view of the fortress. Stayed in room 306. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Walking distance to Altstadt and Leopold Lake. Nice size room. Windows able to open, albeit on the roadside. Parking (limited) but worked for us. Asked for basic cutlery: received quickly and more items than we asked for. Staff interactions great.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfy and they gave me a couple Mozart chocolates. They have a restaurant attached to the hotel and breakfast lasts until 10:30.

I had a great time at this hotel. Very kind and helpfull staff! I have been at many hotels before but this was the most kind staff I have ever met. I felt like home. Very clean rooms also. Not far away from the centrum and its easy to walk there. I would come back one day!

Room was clean and modern. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Only negative was the parking, or the demands on the parking which meant spaces were at a premium. But the proximity of hotel to city meant we could walk in anyway.

The room was large and comfortable with good amenities. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food. Although the walk to the centre was listed as 15 minutes, this was the outskirts of the centre and everything that I wanted took 30 minutes. This was still possible and good bus services were explained by very friendly and helpful receptionists.

Appreciated kind, helpful staff,very comfortable bed & pillows, room size, shower/tub, traditional room phone & TV, public transit near, wood floors, neutral decor, Outside of historic center, allow extra time to walk or get bus. Quiet until there's activity in the gravel parking area in back, Greatest concern was lack of temperature control which caused sleep loss. Mini frig should not be filled with for sale items. Sell them in the lobby.

Reception never mentioned cost of breakfast. When we went we were never told our breakfast of pastries and fruit would be 17 euros per person per day. Had we known we would have never eaten there. Charged credit card afterwards without telling us. Parking is very limited only 4 spots and those are shared with pizza restaurant next door. If there is no space you are on your own to find parking. Unhelpful in helping us change from 3 to 2 nights even though we contacted both them and Expedia prior to cancellation. Don’t expect much help from hotel and make sure to ask as many questions as you can. Very disappointed with Expedia and hotel via Roman. Will definitely never stay there again and would not recommend.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Il y avait toutes les commodités pour se faire des repas. L’autobus 5 passe en face de l’hotel pour se rend au centre-ville. Prima geslapen, super vriendelijke mensen. Basic hotel. En bijzonder handige plek om omgeving en Salzburg te bezoeken, zonder dat auto nodig is. Bus naar stad stopt voor de deur. Verder erg goed restaurant naast hotel.
