Kayaks and other water toys are available at the nearby watersports rental store and it's just a short three-minute walk to the ocean and beach across the road. The ground floor features two paved carports, an enclosed shower to wash off, and a half bath to save you the run upstairs. On the second floor you'll find four bedrooms, three of which have sliding glass doors opening onto a screened in deck facing the sound and those legendary sunsets. Also on this level are two full baths, one with a two person Jacuzzi, and out on the deck, the six-person hot tub. The third level features the spacious kitchen and dining area, half bath, and living room with four sliding glass doors accessing east and west-facing sundecks. A spiral staircase leads to the loft area, with its own sundeck, weather station, and 2 futon beds. (Fireplace seen in pictures is not available for guest use.)
