"I have visited several cities in italy and i can confidently say this hotel was by far my favourite. first of all the price point does not do this hotel justice. breakfast was included. and i know what we all think of hotel breakfast, powdered eggs and dry bacon. we were brought breakfast to our room every morning. croissants, yoghurts, fresh fruit, meats and cheese. you name it they had it. it was wonderful. the staff/owner were so helpful and nice. we stayed in the property around the corner. our room was spacious with a gorgeous bathroom. the area was just as wonderful. lots to see around and bike rentals if you couldn’t walk there. i wish we stayed in crema longer i will definitely come back! 10/10"

"Very comfy, nice breakfast, friendly staff. However, I did not like the fact that plastic cups were in the room instead of real glass. I refuse to drink from plastic, I would even prefer paper cups. To not offer real glasses to drink from just seems so cheap. Also, no basic kettle to heat water just the nespresso machine(which I always find so overrated), so I had to actually walk down to the lobby for hot water just to make myself a cup of tea. I always carry my own supply. It seemed like an annoying procedure when nearly every hotel from the Brunellesci in Milan to a guesthouse in Thailand provides a kettle."
