"Perfect position for centre of Modena. The apartment is very small and well appointed, it has everything needed for a short stay. Bed is comfortable and it is a good place for a good night sleep as it is very quiet. The apartment is reached by a lift which takes you to the third floor then one flight of steep stairs up tp the fourth floor. Wifi was good as it was good to have to TVs. We were stunned by the apartment: spacious, decorated, comfortable & with more amenities than we had seen so far in a short term rental. Everything was updated & very clean. "As every other guest has said, Mauro and Lori are wonderful hosts. We were amazed by their generosity in welcoming us with a well-stocked refrigerator, including local meats, cheeses and wine. The apartment (house) is beautiful, very roomy, comfortable and well-equipped. There is a nice sized balcony perfect for morning coffee and an evening nightcap.
