To make these moments even more special, the house features two beer fridges, a climate-controlled wine cellar for 12 bottles, a freezer, an air fryer, a Smart TV, high-speed internet, air conditioning in all rooms, and complete kitchenware.

In addition to the exclusivity of the house, you can enjoy all the infrastructure of the Ilha dos Pássaros Condominium, with swimming pools, sauna, hot tub, gym, tennis courts, beach tennis, volleyball, soccer field, playground, bike path and 24-hour security.

And, to make your outings even more convenient, the condominium offers free transfers to Vila da Praia do Forte on weekends and holidays (subject to schedule).
