En este hotel nos robaron desde dentro de la habitacion y nadie se hizo cargo. No llamaron a la policia y tampoco devolvieron el dinero robado del equipaje. Todos estaban coludidos. La seguridad estaba ausente. No se recomienda para nada. Desde el administrador hasta los del servicio del aseo estaban implicados. Fue horroroso para la seguridad de las personas. No hay que asistir a este hotel.
El hotel esta bien ubicado frente a una playa solitaria y tranquila de amaralina. Muy bien conectado con numerosas lineas de colectivos que te llevan a cualquier lugar de salvador y se puede llegar caminando en 5 minutos a rio vermelho y otros sitios. La habitación es muy comoda. El wi fi es muy malo. Nosotros no teniamos el desayuno incluido en el precio y eso encarece bastante la estadía, para incluirlo alla el precio era muy alto y no pudimos cancelar la reserva una vez llegamos. El personal de cocina es muy muy amable
Hotel com péssimas instalações, elevador apresentava constante defeitos, chegando a parar entre um andar e o outro. Fiquei hospedado no terceiro andar, ficando sujeito a descer e subir escadas todos os 4 dias que permaneci hospedado. Banheiro alagava, descarga não funcionava, até barata tinha no quarto. Cheguei com problemas de saúdes no dia da hospedagem, e mesmo assim fiquei sujeito às escadas, já que o elevador pelo visto nunca passou por manutenção. Não indico nem pro meu pior inimigo.
Boa tarde! ficamos no 5andar e na hora da saida os elevadores nao estavam funcionando, tivemos que desce de escada.

Não vale o preço que cobra. Boa localização, ar condicionado não gela bem - é antigo e faz barulho. Não tem tomadas perto da cama. O recepcionista da noite{ homem mais jovem ] trata os clientes como se Salvador fosse um vilarejo.
Boa localização, vista bonita, café da manhã bom sem muitas variedades, mas tudo gostoso. Tudo muito limpo.
O ponto negativo foi:
No período de 9 dias tivemos que usar a mesma toalha, cobertas... pq o hotel não troca. Como passávamos o dia todo pela cidade e só voltávamos a noite, sempre nos esperávamos com essa situação. Sem falar que por duas vezes chegamos e a porta estava aberta.espero que o hotel revise essas falhas, pq foi a primeira vez que passamos por isso em hotel.
Um destaque para a camareira Solange. Muito simpática e que estava sempre disposta a nós ajudar.
