They had kids activities with monitors all day everyday and it was amazing. The pool and all the kids things were amazing. The little side barracas with food were a hit and the kids loved it.

It is my first time to give a unpleasant comment to any of the hotels I stayed before… the hotel room is super old… and the pillow cover is not so clean, even yellow… and the beds, table are full of small ants…and one thing really don't understand, when I arrived in the hotel, they asked you to do a online precheck-in, normally the precheck supposed to help you save time, but here and it is the only hotel after the precheck you still need to be in line for another normal check in, and they asked you again fpr everything… so what is the point?

This property is located in a secluded area of the Stella Maris beach where walking is not really ideal especially if you are alone. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. Although I chose the “luxury” room, the bedroom was very modest but offered a very comfortable bed. The bathroom could use some renovation as there was noticeable mold and the sink seemed clogged. The A/C worked great but leaked so much - I had to place a towel on the floor. The amenities were great, offered daily activities to kids and adults . “Tia Nutella” was super at entertainment and the pool was beautiful! I would stay again but wouldn’t pay the “extra” for the luxury room.

A estrutura do hotel é boa, mas alguns pontos negativos: 1° Colchão de mola. 2° Cobrança de R$ 5,00 por dia a toalha da piscina com obrigação de devolução no mesno dia. 3• Ficamos 5 dias e no 4° dia tive q solicitar a troca de roupa de cama. 4° Qualquer consumo do hotel precisava ser pago na hora ou no máximo no final da tarde, quem anda com dinheiro dentro de um hotel? Pois precisávamos sempre estar com cartão para efetuar o pgto e detalhe, caso fosse feito as refeições (almoço ou janta) o valor teria q ser pago antecipado. Um resort com todos esses pontos negativos nao deveria nem ser resort e sim um hotel.

Precisa melhorar muito

Atendimento péssimo no check-in. Chegamos às 13:30 e disseram que não havia nenhum quarto disponível. Tínhamos reserva de 3 quartos, como estávamos com um bebê pedimos prioridade para que liberasse pelo menos um dos quartos, o que foi negado. Burocracia para preencher o formulário de check-in. Mesmo já estando lá presente, querem te obrigar a baixar aplicativo e preencher tudo no app/site. Às 13:55 quarto continuava indisponível. Às 14h, cinco minutos depois, incrivelmente o quarto já estava disponível. O Hotel cobra pelo aluguel das toalhas da piscina. Wi-fi não funcionava no hotel, somente no quarto e mesmo assim lento. Animação para as crianças fraca. Café da manhã em espaço muito quente, com buffet básico. O ponto positivo é que fica em frente à praia. Os quartos são amplos e confortáveis.
